| 1945 | Tokyo Shirogane factory was burned down by war. The factory was moved to Okaya-shi, Nagano, by Navy’s order. The company name was changed to Okaya Radio. |
| 1944 | Yasuda Insurance bought the company for expansion of the production. Started manufacturing special vacuum tube (Acon tube) for Japanese Navy. |
